• Make immediate contact with your office upon discovery of severe exposure.
• Produce preliminary report within 30 days of assignment.
• Report to you in a timely manner, every 30, 60, 90 days.
• Adjust all claims in a professional manner.
• Keep you informed of important changes in claim status.
• Not exceed the scope of our assignment.
